Les Deck is an Executive Coach and Vistage CEO peer Group Chairman. His coaching clients include a broad variety of businesses from start up to major companies. Les draws on experience and applies his own coaching philosophy which is detailed in Executive Coaching.

His experience includes executive and management positions at small, medium and Fortune 500 companies. Les started several businesses from scratch. This includes a metal product manufacturing company, an industrial product distribution company (both later sold to larger companies) and was the co-founder of a marketing services company. His passion is business performance regardless of the product/service or size of the enterprise.

Les is also an active producer of seminars. Recent offerings have included several CEO Forums for business owners and business influencers in South Florida. In February he brought internationally known poet/philosopher/author David Whyte to central Florida to present his Three Marriages Seminar. We expect to both increase and diversify our seminar offerings in the future.
